Transport in Support Staff Vehicles

• When transport is provided in a support worker’s personal vehicle, a fee of $0.99 per kilometre applies.

• Support staff will not travel more than 30 km per shift with a client unless directed by the client/representative or with prior approval.

• Staff will use public transport or alternative options where feasible; however, this may not always be possible.

Cancellations

• A 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows or late cancellations (within 48 hours of the scheduled service).
